Student Legal Assistance has provided year round free legal service to members of the public since 1979. Students are able to gain much needed practical experience while providing a very necessary community service. To get involved, you are encouraged to visit 3390 Murray Fraser Hall. Pro Bono Students Calgary

Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) is a national student movement that is active in every law school across the country. Every year hundreds of dedicated law students volunteer to provide pro bono legal services to their local communities. Pro Bono Students Canada began at the U of C in 1999, and has been growing steadily ever since! PBSC Calgary has one full-time Program Coordinator over the summer who will continue working part-time over the school year, as well as an additional part-time Program Coordinator for the Family Law Project.

PBSC Calgary is generously funded by the Alberta Law Foundation and the law school. For more information:
